However, Boichitro reserves all right to reject or accept any such objection or reservation. All users of Boichitro are required to abide by this “Terms & Conditions”. Failure to comply with the terms may lead to, among others, suspension of account or prohibition from access to the app/ website. By entering the app/ website of Boichitro or using applications of Boichitro, readers/ visitors are deemed to have received services from Boichitro. These services include text, audio, video, images, software, etc.

Boichitro’s content, logos, copyright, trademarks, patents, images, text, graphics, logos, domain names, audio, video, and other related intellectual property rights or other features of Boichitro brand and name belong to Boichitro or to its licensors. Users cannot claim any rights in and/ or our licensor’s intellectual property whether for commercial or non-commercial use. The Boichitro app and website stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We, therefore, recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the Boichitro app won’t work properly or at all.

Site readers/ visitors are required to use Boichitro services only for lawful means and for read-only purposes. The audio and visual elements of the website or application can only be listened to and viewed and nothing beyond that. Boichitro encourages its readers to share its content(s) in their social media profiles, groups, and related communities. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, we may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

Boichitro can take down contents at any time at its sole discretion from its website or application. Readers/ Visitors cannot refuse to remove content, games or apps from their respective devices if asked by Boichitro. This might happen when Boichitro or its services are taken down.

Readers/ Visitors are required to take their own precautions and protections in this respect as Boichitro does not accept any responsibility for any attacks by virus or malware or any other contamination or by anything which has destructive properties. Boichitro strictly does not hold any responsibility for infection of virus or contamination of your machine or device through your access to any third-party contents. Third party contents may include, but is not limited to Google ads. Any content which is not generated by Boichitro itself is a third-party content, regardless of whether the content appears on the website of Boichitro or not.

Subscription module has its own different price point which will enable users to access a large library of eBooks as well as audiobooks. Subscription packages are designed as monthly basis; that is users have to pay the subscription fee monthly in order to obtain the access. Any kind of failure in consecutive months will result in auto un-subscription which implies that the users will no longer have any access to his/ her library. Upon renewal of the subscription pack, users will be able to enjoy the service. If someone cancel his/ her subscribed pack in between the validity period, they will not have access to the library as the subscription will be no longer valid for them. All the contents will be disappeared from the library upon cancellation. Refund or content reappear will not be possible; henceforth this phenomenon will not take place under any circumstances.

Boichitro prohibits the users from sharing marks, contents or images for whatever purpose, be it commercial or not. When sharing of contents, images or marks are permitted or authorized, then such sharing must be done by attributing the credit and name to Boichitro in such manner that the attribution is clearly visible when the image or content is generated by Boichitro. All users are prohibited from taking credit from the contents or images shared, published or generated by Boichitro.

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.

Subscription Terms & Conditions

Boichitro is committed to providing service smoothly without any hitches. It is an infrequent and rare case where users didn’t get a smooth reading experience all the way. But at times we may fail to fulfil your satisfaction and obstacles may occur. In that case, to ensure our credibility and your benefit ‘Boichitro’ introduces a Refund Policy. This ‘Refund Policy’ is to help you get compensated under our specified policies

Refund Policy

Available e-Book(s) & Audiobook(s) in Boichitro are completely digital products. Users will not get any physical book for any purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may request a refund as long as your purchase meets the following criteria: • It is within 7 days from the purchase being made. • Refunds for Book(s) are subject to verification and inspection by the Boichitro team. • Hitches or interruptions or damages due to internet connection or its manipulation or depletion will not be covered under our “Refund Policy”. • If the e-Book(s) or Audiobook(s) you purchased from our website or app is at a discounted price or purchased on any promotional offer will be covered under our Refund Policy. • Damages/ Hitches of purchased e-Book(s) or Audiobook(s) due to bugs, app crash, other technical issues will be covered under our “Refund Policy”. Boichitro Pro Club • Boichitro is not liable to provide any refund to users if they unsubscribe from the subscription package. Users are requested to check the pro club e-book & audiobook list before subscription.

Reasons for Refund

If you fail to read or listen to the purchased e-Book(s) or Audiobook(s) in “Boichitro” & “Boichitro” fails to fix the damage or problem, You can claim a refund. “Boichitro” team will revert back to you within 7 working days. If you’re eligible to get a refund it will be processed to your desired payment method within the mentioned time. In the case of international (outside Bangladesh) payments, it can take up to 30 working days. • You can claim a refund if the e-Book(s) or Audiobook(s) are different from what you have seen before purchase. Solutions Limited is not obliged to refund the user’s money what he/she has paid if the criteria or eligibility is not matched to the “Refund Policy”. • To avoid malpractices regarding refunds “Boichitro” can also refuse to provide a refund without showing any reason.

Claim of Refund

Contact “Boichitro” team through the above-mentioned email or Facebook page of ‘Boichitro’ with the details of user ID, purchase details, reason of claim & desired payment method to receive a refund. If you meet the eligibility the team will proceed with the further process and you will be informed.

Changes to our Refund Policy

We can update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and Policies. Unless, otherwise, required by the specific entity, those changes will be prominently posted here.
